Whether it's your first home or your tenth, buying a new home is a huge investment! I will educate you on the homebuying process and hold your hand the whole way through! Should you need financing, I will connect you with the very best lenders in town.

You will receive a notification as soon as a new listing meeting your criteria hits the market, and we will coordinate showings based on your availability so you can see homes. I also offer my clients virtual showings in case your availability doesn't permit you seeing the home in person. I will answer questions on the property and can send you comparable sales in the area so that you feel confident you are making a wise decision when you're ready to make an offer!

Once it’s time to write an offer, we will strategically craft the offer, and I will use my practiced tactics to negotiate the best possible deal for you. From writing an offer, to scheduling inspections, to helping you turn in earnest money, setting up utilities, referring movers, to closing day and beyond, I'll be there as a trusted resource for you, holding your hand and helping you make it to the finish line. Buying a house is a rollercoaster of emotions, but the hard work and effort makes getting your keys so much sweeter! Time to plan your housewarming party!

02. Preparing your home for market

In today's world, first impressions are everything. Before professional photography and videography, I will walk through your home with you, making suggestions for staging, decluttering, etc to help your home look its best! I have worked hard to develop relationships with the best vendors around so that your home's pictures makes a positive impact and leaves the buyer wanting to see more.

03. Selling your house

What makes your home sell? How your home is priced, how well it shows and how it's marketed! Selling your biggest investment is a big decision and you deserve to work with an agent who appreciates that.  When you choose to work with me, you're getting an agent who will treat your property as her own.

Marketing your home is so much more than putting a for sale sign in your front yard! I will use the best resources to sell your property for the most amount of money in the least amount of time with the least amount of hassle possible. I utilize different strategies from social media marketing to postcard mailings to open houses.

I also offer walkthrough video tours on my listings to provide a virtual experience for buyers as well and to help your listing stand out from the crowd. I will market your home so that I specifically target buyers looking online or in person as well as network with other local agents who have buyers looking for your exact home!

Besides the high tech marketing strategies, you also want to work with someone who cares about you as a person. I treat my listings as if they were my own and my clients as friends.
